Shipping Policy
At Splendorous Strokes, we aim to ensure that your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible! We ship anywhere in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories, as well as APO/FPO/PO Box destinations. Shipping costs and eligibility for free shipping are based on order thresholds as outlined in our policy. Please note that additional lead time may be required for certain locations. Below is a comprehensive guide to our shipping process.
Order Processing Time
- Processing Lead Time: All orders typically require 1-3 business days for processing before shipment.
- Expedited Shipping: Orders placed before 8 AM MST may ship on the same business day, though this is not guaranteed.
- Orders placed after 8 AM MST or on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.
- Business Days: Orders will process on Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Shipping Carriers
We use FedEx and USPS to ship our packages.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- We offer two shipping speeds to fit your needs:
Standard Shipping:
- Orders are packed and shipped within 1-3 business days after processing.
- Transit times for standard shipments range from 5-7 business days within the continental U.S.
Expedited Shipping:
- Orders placed by 8 AM MST will be processed and shipped on the same business day though this is not always guaranteed.
- Transit times for expedited shipping range from 2-3 business days from the shipment date.
Please note that U.S. federal holidays do not count towards shipping timelines, so orders placed near holidays may experience slight delays.

All shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Please review before placing your order.
Holiday Shipping
During the holiday season, shipping carriers often experience increased volumes, which may result in extended delivery times. To ensure your order arrives on time, please keep the following in mind:
- Order Early: We recommend placing holiday orders as early as possible to account for potential delays. Shipping timelines may be impacted by high carrier demand.
- Holiday Shipping Cut-Off Dates:
- Standard Shipping: Place your order by December 17th to ensure delivery by December 25th.
- Expedited Shipping: Place your order by December 19th to ensure delivery by December 25th.
Holiday Returns Processing
- During holiday periods, please allow additional processing time for returns and exchanges due to increased order volumes.
Returns and Exchanges
At Splendorous Strokes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we offer returns and within 14 days of the delivery date for orders shipped within the United States and its territories.
- Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all stickers attached.
- Return Shipping: We cover the cost of return shipping for all eligible returns if your item was wrong, damaged or defective. You will be provided with a prepaid shipping label upon request. If your items do not meet one of the criteria, return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
- At this time, Splendorous Strokes does not provide free international return shipping.
- Exchanges: We do not accept exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange (PRINTS ONLY) for a different style or color, please complete a return for a refund and place a new order.
APO/FPO/PO Box and U.S. Territory Destinations
We proudly ship to APO/FPO addresses, PO Boxes, and U.S. territories. Please allow for additional lead time beyond the estimated shipping windows:
- Extended Delivery Time: Standard shipping to these locations typically takes 7-10 business days. Expedited options may not be available.
International Shipments
We offer international shipping on our Etsy shop. Visit shop here.

- Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Delays in Transit
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions, carrier delays, or unforeseen events like natural disasters. We appreciate your understanding if transit times are impacted.
Missing Items or Lost/Stolen Packages
If your package is appears to be lost in transit or you are missing items, please contact our Customer Service team immediately. Claims for lost packages must be filed within 10 days of the expected delivery date to ensure a timely resolution. Please note that once an order has been reshipped, any further shipping delays will be handled case by case.
Wrong/Defective Items Received
If your package arrives and the wrong items are received or your items are defective/damaged, please contact our Customer Service team immediately. Claims for wrong/defective items must be filed within 10 days of the expected delivery date to ensure a timely resolution. Please note that once an order has been reshipped, any further shipping delays will be handled case by case.
Refused Shipments
If a shipment is refused or returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for return shipping fees and re-delivery costs. Please ensure all shipping details are accurate at checkout.
Change Shipping Address
If your shipping address is incorrect and needs to be changed you will need to contact our customer support before the order has shipped. If the order has shipped you must contact the shipping carrier for assistance.
