Returns & Exchanges

RETURNS POLICY

We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process super easy!

You can return your order within 14 business days from the date of delivery. Items returned must be sent back in original condition. We ONLY accept returns for PRINTS. Items sealed for safety reasons can only be returned if the seal is intact. The email confirmation and order number must be included in the return as proof of purchase. Please know the following:

  • Non-returnable items include books, limited edition prints, all stationery products and final sale items.

  • Customized or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. 

  • The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Return Tracking: We recommend all packages are sent with a trackable and registered delivery service, as Splendorous Strokes will not be responsible for items lost in transit and/or any other shipping errors for returns.Splendorous

Strokes reserves the right to deny any return that does not comply with our returnable standards. 

RETURN ISSUES

We accept returns but only for unforeseen events or the order was not satisfactory. If you experience one of the below, please contact us for more help.

  • Damaged/Defective

  • Wrong Items (see our Exchange policy)

  • Incorrect product/website description

  • Change of Mind

Note: Please make sure you don't include non-Splendorous Strokes items by accident in your return package. We will not be responsible for sending back those items to you.

EXCHANGES

We do not accept exchanges at this time. If you need a different size, style or color we recommend returning your original item for a refund and then placing a new order. Exchanges are only processed for order issues. Please contact us to get help with exchange issues and concerns.

START YOUR RETURN

  1. Check that you meet the above return/exchange requirements.

  2. Find your order number.

  3. Please fill out the return request HERE.

  4. If approved you will receive an email with more details. [For faulty or wrongly described damaged/defective, wrong items, incorrect order or meeting any of the order issue criteria, photos MUST BE included of the product issues.]

 

RETURN TIMEFRAMES

Returns will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving your returned items. It may take up to 10 business days to post the refund. Returns can be made one time per each item per order.

Refunds typically show back into your account within 3-10 business days; if you do not see the funds in the time-frame, please reach out to your bank for more help.

Peak Season: Returns may be delayed, especially during the holiday seasons. Please understand extra processing time will ensue and we appreciate your patience!

SALE ITEMS

Only regular-priced items may be returned for a refund. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned or refunded unless the item was faulty upon arrival.  Final sale items cannot be returned and/or exchanged. Items with a discount of 40% OFF or a greater discount will be final sale. 

REFUNDS

Refunds, once processed, will be issued back to the original payment method.  All refunds include all applicable taxes and duties when returning your purchase.

Please know that PayPal refunds can take up to the next billing cycle (a full 30 days).

Also note:

  • All refunds are returned to the original form of payment. 

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

  • Custom items and sale items are non-refundable.

  • Any gifts or donation funds are non-refundable.

The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs that are non-refundable. Except for orders that experience faulty troubles.
