SHIPPING

What are your shipping policies?

*We ship Business days (Monday-Friday), excluding federal holidays within the United States. Orders with shipping destinations in Alaska or Hawaii may require additional time for delivery. Orders shipping to an APO / FPO military address or a post office box may only be shipped via Ground. View our Shipping Policy page to learn more.

Where do you ship?

We ship to the USA only at this time and do not ship internationally.

Do you ship internationally

We ship internationally from our splendorousstrokes.com site! However, all custom fees and duties are the responsibility of the customer per the country. Splendorous Strokes will not refund any custom fees or duty fees for international purchases.

Do we ship to PO Boxes?

We do ship to PO Box address.

Can I change shipping address?

Shipping address can be changed for any order until the shipping label has been processed for an order. Please contact customer support to get help changing the address.

RETURNS

What is your Return Policy?

Non-returnable items include: Books, Sale Items and all Stationery items. We only allow returns for PRINTS. You can return your item(s) for a refund within 14 business days from delivery of your package. If your order is not returned within 14 business days, please reach out to us for more assistance. Can I return Sale items?

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned or refunded unless the item was faulty upon arrival. Visit our Returns/Exchanges page to learn more about Sale Items.

EXCHANGES

What is your Exchange Policy?

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we recommend returning your item(s) for a refund and placing a new order. We are not accepting exchanges at this time.

I want to change the size, color, or type of item?

We only replace (exchange) items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong item was received. Otherwise please return your order for a refund and you can place a new order. If you experience any of these issues with your order you will need to reach out within 14 business days from delivery of your package. REFUNDS

How and When do I get a Refund?

Refunds once processed will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-10 business days. If your return is rejected you will be notified via email and the reason for rejection. The refund includes all applicable taxes and duties when returning your purchase, although, the original shipping fee is non-refundable. Learn more about Refunds on our Returns/Exchanges page.

ORDERS

Can I cancel my order?

Orders usually are processed within 48 hours. Once the shipping label has been created the order cannot be canceled and will ship as is. You may always return your order within 14 business days of delivery. Please contact us for return instructions.

Can I modify my order?

If you need to make any changes to your purchase, please email our Customer Service team as soon as possible via help@splendorousstrokes.com and we’ll see what we can do. Certain changes may not be adjusted.

How long does it take to process an order?

Splendorous Strokes art prints are processed within will take 2 – 3 business days to be processed. All art prints are hand-signed by Splendorous Strokes founder before being packaged and ready for shipping.

CUSTOMIZE

Can I customize prints?

Items that are customizable will be noted in the product description or product image. All customized orders cannot be returned or refunded. If you receive a damaged, defective, missing, and or wrong custom item(s) please contact us for more assistance. Learn more about Customizing./p>

Can I use Splendorous Strokes Prints for resale or change the image?

Personal or commercial use of the artwork without explicit written consent from the artist, Splendorous Strokes, is strictly prohibited and punishable by U.S. and international copyright laws. PROMOS

I did not receive my promo code?

I didn't receive or the promo code is not working. We do apologize for the inconvenience. Not to worry, please contact us for more help!

How can I redeem an expired promo?

All promos are one-time use and cannot be retro-activated once the promotion has expired. Please contact us if you still need assistance?

Can I use more than one promo?

Only one promo can be used per order and we do not allow stacking of promos in an order. If you have promo issues please contact us for more help.

Does Splendorous Strokes do commissions?

How Do I Order Wholesale?

Splendorous Strokes products are currently unavailable for wholesale. However, we will inform of wholesale opportunities in the future via email.

Are Splendorous Strokes products sold in-store?

Currently, Splendorous Strokes products are sold online ONLY.

GIFTS

Can I get a gift card?

At this time we are not offering any gift cards to purchase.

Can I send my order as a gift?

At this time we do not have a gifts option available. If you would like your order to be a gift please leave a note in the order at checkout with your message and recipients name.

Can I get a gift receipt?

If you placed an order and left a note that you would like the order to be sent as a gift, please know the packing slip will be the gift receipt. If you still need assistance please contact us.
