What is Customize?

These are select items in our shop that have the ability to choose between a variation of skin tone and dress color. Also, the option to include a name and year for personalization.

Custom Orders

• Cannot be returned or exchanged. These orders can only be refunded to the original payment method and NO store credit is applied.

• CS cannot request any details or coloring outside of the options provided.

  Customer Orders Restrictions:

  • Copyright is prohibited and no alteration of the design or any details of the image can be changed, resold, or used for personal or commercial use. See our Copyright disclaimer.
  • Limit of up to 6 Custom items in an order.
  • Select items are only available for Custom options.
  • Discontinued custom prints will not be replaced for order issues. A new alternative print will be supplied or the order refunded.
  • Once a customer order is placed, changes cannot be made. The item can be canceled or refunded and a new order placed.
