Returns and Exchanges Policy
We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process super easy.
RETURNS
You can return your order within 14 business days from the date of delivery. We do not accept exchanges at this time.
Item(s) can only be returned that are unopened, un-scratched, have the original tags/packaging attached and hygiene sticker intact.
If you have received an incorrect order, wrong item(s), and or your items were damaged or defective please read below on how to start a return.
Non-returnable Items include: Books, Limited Edition Prints and All Stationery Products.
Please return your order back to us via mail. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and return packages must be sent back/ postmarked within 14 business days from the date of delivery. No returns made after 14 business days will be accepted.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item(s) have to be initiated for return and placed in the post within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Item(s) must be in the original packaging, which must be in original condition. This includes branded bags, box, and packaging. [Original shipping box is not needed.]
- Item(s) must be unopened and unscratched. Items sealed for hygiene reasons can only be returned if the seal is intact.
- The packing slip and order number must be provided as proof of purchase.
How Do I Start A Return?
- Check that you meet the above return requirements.
- Find your order number.
- Please CONTACT US for a return request.
- Once approved you will receive an email with more details. [For faulty or wrongly described items, Damaged/defective, Wrong items, incorrect order or meeting any of the order issue criteria up above ,photos MUST BE included of the product issues.]
-Returns will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving your returned items. It may take up to 10 business days to post the refund.
-All refunds are returned to the original form of payment or store credit (per request).
-Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
-Customized or Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
-Returns can be made one time per each item per order.
- Items with a discount of 30% OFF or greater discount will be final sale.
Note: Please make sure you don't include non-Splendorous Strokes items by accident in your return package. We will not be responsible for sending back those items to you.
ORDER ISSUES?
If you experienced order issues, we only "replace" items if they meet the following:
- Product is damaged/defective upon arrival.
- Have been wrongly labeled/described
- Website and product description are completely different
- Product does not function as intended for its purpose
- Wrong Item that was not originally ordered
If you want a different color, size, or type of product this would be a CHANGE OF MIND in which you will need to return your order for a refund or store credit (per request) and reorder.
SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be returned for a refund or store credit (per request). Unfortunately sale items cannot be returned or refunded unless the item was faulty upon arrival. [Please read our Return eligibility requirements for more details] *ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE*
REFUNDS
Refunds once processed will be issued back to the original payment method or as store credit (per your request). All refunds include all applicable taxes and duties when returning your purchase.
- All refunds are made in the original form of payment for credit cards.( If you loose your card please contact your bank for more details for how to receive your funds to the new card.)
- Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.
- Custom items and sale items are nonrefundable.
PLEASE BE ADVISED OF THE FOLLOWING:
The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. All original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Time may vary for replacement orders (for order issues only) to reach you depending on location.
We recommend all packages are sent with a trackable and registered delivery service, as Splendorous Strokes will not be responsible for items lost in transit and or any other shipping errors for returns.
We have a 14 day policy in regards to returns and replacing items (for faulty orders). If 14 days have passed since you have received your order without contact, you will NOT receive a refund and can reorder.
Returns may be delayed, especially during the holiday seasons. Please understand extra processing time will ensue and we appreciate your patience!
